In Sacramento, Rudy Salas sided with the radical environmentalists to increase the price of gas. The California Legislative Analyst’s Office said Salas’ vote could raise gas prices by 73 cents per gallon.

In the Assembly, Salas voted to increase government spending by $100 billion (a 73% increase!) which could make inflation even worse.

Skyrocketing Prices and Inflation
At a time of record inflation and sky-high prices on everything from gas to housing to diapers, Rudy Salas voted for a spending bill that could make inflation even worse. Record inflation has increased the cost of groceries by 10%, housing by 6% and diapers by 14%.

Skipped Out on 450 Votes
Despite being paid a taxpayer-funded salary of nearly $120,000, Rudy Salas skipped almost 450 votes in the State Assembly. To make matters worse, he was in the Capitol building 70% of the time for those missed votes. Salas was in Sacramento, he just wasn’t showing up to vote like he’s paid to do.

Lied about his age to lure young women
Rudy Salas admitted to misrepresenting his age on dating apps after screenshots of his profile went public. He lied about his age saying he was a shocking 11 years younger than he actually is. Following a news report, Salas’ campaign even confirmed the screenshots were accurate.
